What type of customisation do you do?

At Giftful, we use high-precision laser engraving technology to ensure your logo is applied with exceptional detail and durability. This method delivers a clean, professional finish on items like timber boards, coasters, water bottles, and other branded gifts—perfect for making a lasting impression.

Can I customise a product selection in a pre-curated range?

For orders of 15 units or more, we may be able to swap items using our existing stock and supplier database. Please get in touch with our friendly team atadmin@giftful.com.auto discuss available options and any associated costs.

What is the lead time for branded products?

Lead times depend on your order size. For orders of up to 5 gifts, branding typically takes 1–5 business days. For larger orders (over 5 gifts), please allow 5–10 business days. These timeframes may extend during peak periods.

At Giftful, we understand that having the right gift ready—at the right time—can make all the difference, sometimes even helping you close a deal. That’s why we’re committed to minimising lead times wherever possible.

For repeat orders, turnaround is significantly faster, thanks to pre-approved artwork and agreed gift set configurations. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us at admin@giftful.com.au before placing it—we’re here to help.

Do you charge extra for small orders or branding setup?

At Giftful, we believe in keeping things simple and transparent. That’s why we don’t charge extra for smaller (4+) orders on hampers, 10+ for branded candles for the new clients, artwork proofs, logo placement preferences, or standard branding adjustments. We want your gifting experience to be seamless, with no hidden costs—just beautifully branded gifts, done right.
