Processing Time
All orders are packed with care and typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. For custom branded orders, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for production and setup.
Shipping Timeframes
We offer both standard and express delivery options Australia-wide:

Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient’s location. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Local Delivery (Brisbane only)
We offer free local delivery to select Brisbane metro areas. Eligible postcodes will be shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of gift products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing your gifts, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Custom-Branded Orders
Customised and branded products are non-refundable, except in the case of a production error or item fault.
